General Manager, CMCA®
General Manager, Joe Wise, CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS® (Association Management Specialist), PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) understands the needs of his clients. As a resident of a condominium community, Wise was struck by the lack of professionalism and civility at annual meetings. Trained and internationally experienced as a business administrator and manager of business and corporate communication, he knew things could and should be different. When elected to the Board he committed himself to communicate with homeowners, and provide accuracy and transparency in reporting the administrative and financial details of the community association—these same commitments to quality and professionalism drive Wise Property Solutions today.
Joe has a bachelor’s degree from Milligan College. He has done additional graduate work at both East Tennessee State University and the Emmanuel School of Religion.
Wise is certified as a CMCA, AMS and PCAM. To obtain and maintain these certifications, a manager must complete the comprehensive course work, pass a national certification examination, adhere to standards of professional conduct and take continuing education courses to recertify.
Joe is active in community service and is the Treasurer of the East Tennessee Science Fair and Past President of the Kiwanis Club. He has also served as a board member of the Kiwanis Club and a delegate to the annual convention of Kiwanis International. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the North American Christian Convention. He currently serves on the Community Association Institute (CAI) Legislative Action Committee, the Business Development Council of the local Chamber of Commerce, as Chairman of the Johnson City Regional Planning Commission and as Washington County Commissioner.
He and his wife have two sons and a daughter.
Community Association Manager, CMCA®
Community Association Manager, Dana Miller, CMCA®, brings extensive expertise in motivating volunteer teams to serve and succeed to her service of condominium and homeowners associations in East Tennessee. Her previous work in the fields of education and local ministry has given her a unique perspective and strong leadership skills to guide volunteer groups in achieving their goals. Dana’s clients rely on her collaborative approach and creative ideas to help them improve productivity, establish strategic partnerships and engage more volunteers to create a prosperous community association.
Dana has bachelor’s degrees from Wayne State College and Nebraska Christian College.
She and her husband have two daughters.
Finance Manager, Bill Hauck, calls on his diverse experience in non-profit accounting and financial background to provide a fresh perspective for condominium and homeowner associations. With prior experience in banking and as a startup controller, he has a breadth of knowledge to lead association Boards in financial planning and assessing options. His clients count on his proficiency to help them understand financial statements and how these relate to the big picture in running a successful association.
Bill plays soccer and is a youth soccer coach. He is actively involved in his local church and mission work in Honduras.
Bill has a BA from Milligan College in business administration with an emphasis on economics and finance. He also holds a Masters of Accountancy from ETSU.
He and his wife have two sons and a daughter.
Operations Manager, CMCA®
Operations Manager, Nathan Flora, CMCA®, is ready to respond to the dynamic needs and experiences of homeowners. As a former college administrator and chaplain, he possesses a broad scope of practical, technical and relationship skills. These qualities enable him to be successful in navigating the complex, but the enriching task of leading community volunteer in a variety of projects, committees, and events. Having previously served as a board member in a planned unit development provides him unique insight into the diverse partnerships that form in order to achieve the common goals of community associations.
Nathan has a bachelor’s degree from Milligan College and a master degree from the Emmanuel School of Religion.
Nathan and his wife have two daughters.
Information Technology Manager
Information Technology Manager, Jonathan Evenden, is Microsoft certified and holds a B.A. in Economics and Business. His banking and information technology consulting experience offers our clients options to align association strategies with technology. Jonathan is always on the lookout for new ways that technology can improves association processes. Our clients trust his capabilities to help streamline and automate their management functions as well as for technical support.
Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, fellowshipping with other families at church, and teaching friends to play competitive board games. He also serves as an Adjunct faculty member at the National College of Business and Technology where he teaches Microsoft products and general networking in the Computer Department.
He and his wife have one son. They enjoy living in East Tennessee, and Jonathan looks forward to serving his neighbors and their businesses for many years to come.
