(Feb. 25, 2014)— Nathan Flora, operations manager at Wise Property Solutions, recently joined the elite group of community association managers who have earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) credential from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Flora is one of more than 6,000 managers worldwide who have earned this prestigious designation.
Flora began his property management career at Wise Property Solutions in 2010. As a former college administrator and chaplain, he has the broad range of skills needed to lead, mentor and train condo and homeowner association Board members. Nathan has a bachelor’s degree from Milligan College and a master degree from the Emmanuel School of Religion.
To earn the AMS credential, managers must have at least two years of experience in community association management and complete advanced course work. In addition, they must have already earned the basic industry certification for managers—the Certified Manager of Community Associations credential.
